It’s Autumn and it’s time to take a deep breath.

The year has passed quickly and where did that summer go?

I opened in Easter but only tentatively as I was going away travelling in Spain and Morocco in May/June.
The introductory promo of 30% of the initial assessments worked out well but now, in September, this promo is coming to an end. Most clinics initial assessments (Chiropractic, Osteopathic and Physios etc) are generally £65-£75 for approximately 40 mins, although some McTimoney Chiropractors and other holistic bodyworkers can offer an hour.

In order to get my future newsletters out there and promote my Talks on:
1/ Holistic Physio & the Thor Laser/Infra-red system and

2/ Plasma Science (based on A New Science of Heaven by Robert Temple and other books/references) and the Tzla.club device I’ve been using for the past year. (The Plasma talk and machine are NOT connected to Physiotherapy. The device is a science experiment only)

I will be offering £10 off the initial assessment cost of £65 in October if you sign up for the newsletter going forwards (you can of course unsubscribe as you wish, but I will only send out one per month for promos and events).

I’ve been doing Talks in Taunton, Exmouth and Totnes on ‘Plasma and Consciousness’ and ‘Holistic Physio’ and they have been well received. I’ll be in Birdwood house in October 21st to do a breathwork event and before that in Exmouth Healing Centre on 14th October.

It will be primarily on my experiences with Holotropic Breathwork with Dr Stan Grof in 2006 and 2007 (with Tav Sparks) in Ireland but also on other versions of breathwork too.

Also, a 40 minute breathwork demo with some music to carry you on a journey, so bring a pillow and blanket and call me on 07956 409300 for details/what to expect and to book.

I enjoyed doing a series of these last year in Bowden House with some great groups.

For those signed up for the newsletter there will £5 off the talks and breathwork sessions in October (which are powerful and deep for most).

I’ve been doing a lot of inner work myself with transformative breathwork, bodywork and more which I discussed with Jason Liasatos on his radio show 18th September 2026. I hope this deepening will inform my work and bring benefits to my clients and everyone else.

Happy autumn and if you’re interested in the mythical and natural aspects of this time of year I would highly recommend Ian Hegginsworth’s incredible book on ‘Environmental Arts Therapy – and the Tree of Life’ who was a great local teacher and wonderful writer.

I’m working on another Talk and group on reaching past our ideas of who we are and working on becoming more. This is being inspired and guided by such books as ‘Limitless’ by Jim Kwik, ‘The Art of Impossible’ by Steve Kotler, ‘Six Minute X-Ray’ by Chase Hughes, ‘Peak’ by Anders Eriksson and others. More news on this to come
