Hi there. My name is Mike Traynor and I have an enthusiastic passion for The Body, Brain, Mind and Breath. This has led me to specialise in NeuroPhysio for many years in the NHS and for The MS Therapies Centre Exeter but I also went on many courses all over the world to train with pioneers in bodywork techniques, subtle techniques such as Bowen and Cranio-Sacral, Myofascial, energetic approaches and a lot of breathwork. So, from the pioneers visiting London, Ireland, Paris, Chicago and Mexico I have developed a deeper understanding of the Body, Mind and Breath. With 25 years of experience in Physiotherapy I am a generalist and use many hands-on therapies, therapeutic approaches, advanced devices for healing (Thor LX2 Laser system) and presently work in Exeter (ExeterNeuroPhysio.co.uk) on Mondays, as well as doing home visits in Totnes and Torbay (TTPhysiotherapy.com) and some clinic sessions from Tuesday to Fridays. I am a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) since 1997, a member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a State Registered Practitioner (SRP) so most health insurance companies will pay for treatments with me. Treatments
As a Neurophysio I treat clients with MS (I spent 20yrs working as the physio at the South West MS Therapies Centre), Parkinson’s , Strokes, or other neurological conditions. As a General Physio I help people with aches and pains, chronic conditions, sporting or general injuries, migraines, respiratory issues and most health problems. After 20 yrs of dry needling I now use the Thor LX2 Laser Acupuncture system so I can treat many more points and get real-time readings of the effect of the laser acupuncture on the client so we can compare in further sessions as to improvements or other issues,
